  4. Safe sandboxes. Give people a low-risk environment to test (non-customer data, internal mock scenarios).
  5. Celebrated attempts. Reward the try, not just the perfect outcome. Share patterns that worked and those that didn’t.

When people feel safe to experiment, they naturally start to scale what works.
